MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU)

On this day, Monday, 19^th March 2012, we the undersigned:

11. B.A. ####, M.HUM. The chairman of ###### Institute of Bandung, in this case act for and on behalf of ########## Institute of Bandung, located on Jalan ####### Number. 212, Bandung 40265, hereinafter referred to as FIRST PARTY.

22. Prof. DR. ###########, M.Ed, Dean of #########, ######### University of Bandung, located on Jalan ######## Number.105, Bandung, hereinafter referred to as SECOND PARTY.

Hereby declared, have agreed to cooperate institutionally, to take advantage of resources available without decreasing principle duty, including as mentioned in the articles as follows:

 Article 1

SCOPE

11. The parties agreed to make advantage Cooperation in coordinating of culture friendship : Culture Conservation, Culture Revitalization, Culture Reconstruction, Culture Promotion, in empowerment of Human Resources as Art Human who can be proud of nation and state, either National or International.

22. The parties agreed to give activity program exchange to promote realizing of good culture friendship in Showing Art.

Article 2

FINANCING

The parties in available authority limits and the available resources shall assist to facilitate the cooperation implementation pursuant to prevailing regulations.

Article 3 

IMPLEMENTATION

Each the cooperation activity will be clarified in agreement of Cooperation Implementation referring to this MoU.

Article 4 

OTHER REGULATION

11. Amendment of this MoU content only may be made by parties consent between FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY.

22. The things have not be mentioned in this MoU or as complement will be made Cooperation Agreement individually.

Article 5 

DURATION

11. This MoU remains valid for period of 3 (three) years and can be extended by the parties approval.

22. This MoU  is made and signed by FIRST PARTY and SECOND PARTY on the day and date above in duplicate with the duty stamped and each having the same legal force.
